Food is an integral part of a person life. However, due to always running lifestyle our eating habits are very disturbing and imposing bad effects on both our mental and physical health conditions. The food we eat is not only giving us the energy to do our daily work but also building our logical and emotional intelligence. Hence, you must choose your meal correctly, and that’s what we do at during our yoga teacher training course. We strictly follow the food guidelines of Ayurveda and only provide satvik meal to the participants. The food is purely vegetarian and isolated from fleshy veggies such as onion and garlic.
